Esta hoja informativa examina cinco datos importantes sobre el consumo de alcohol y sus implicaciones para el desarrollo del cáncer. Los datos se refieren a: los tipos de cáncer que puede provocar el consumo de alcohol; cómo estos cánceres pueden ser diferentes para hombres y mujeres; el nivel de consumo de alcohol y el grado de riesgo; cómo la combinación de alcohol y tabaco agrava los riesgos; y cómo se pueden prevenir los cánceres debidos al alcohol, también con la ayuda de la normativa.
