Abstract
[WEEKLY SUMMARY]. Regional Situation: Influenza-like illness (ILI) and severe acute respiratory infection (SARI) activity has risen sharply in North America, driven by the circulation of RSV and influenza. In contrast, a general decline has been observed across other subregions. Influenza activity has increased in North America and the Caribbean, reaching epidemic levels. RSV activity, after peaking in North America, has begun to decline, while in the Caribbean, it continues its downward trend. Meanwhile, SARSCoV- 2 activity remains on the decline in most subregions, except in Brazil and the Southern Cone, where a slight increase was observed before stabilizing.
