Abstract
La salud individual y colectiva siempre ha sido fundamental para el desarrollo de los humanos y sus sociedades, por lo cual el debate de cómo es la mejor manera de mantenerla y cuidarla es extenso y con el planteamiento de diversos abordajes. El análisis de impacto en salud (AIS) es un abordaje más que tiene el objetivo de mejorar y mantener la salud de los individuos ofreciendo una herramienta práctica basada en evidencia que permita mejorar los procesos de planeación dentro de los gobiernos.
