Drink Driving Countermeasures: Why do They Matter?
Abstract
Alcohol is a major risk factor for traffic fatalities and injuries. Drink driving countermeasures are key to reduce the harmful use of alcohol. This fact sheet describes different policy options that can be effective to reduce drink driving injuries and deaths.
