Il explique comment les effets de la consommation d’alcool dépendent de facteurs tels que la quantité consommée, les normes culturelles et le contexte particulier. Il souligne également les graves conséquences de l’agression et de la violence alimentées par l’alcool : homicides, violence sexuelle, maltraitance et négligence envers les enfants (également liés aux dépenses en boisson plutôt qu’en enfants).
