PAHO's Technical Advisory Group (TAG) on Vaccine-Preventable Diseases convened on 25 July 2022 for an ad hoc meeting to hear about and discuss poliovirus, monkeypox, COVID-19 vaccination, and immunization coverage in the Region of the Americas. The objective of the meeting was to generate discussion on this topic to reach recommendations for Member States regarding how they should address the global/regional case increase in terms of vaccination.
