| dc.description.abstract | The Pan American Health Organization presents this information sheet with recommendations on the use of molnupiravir addressed to health professionals. Molnupiravir is a prodrug that significantly inhibits SARS-CoV-2 replication. It is used for the treatment of mild and moderate COVID-19 in patients who are at high risk of complications, and has shown a significant reduction in the rate of hospitalization or death of patients with COVID-19. | en_US |
