Abstract

[Opening Session] This meeting represents a milestone, the beginning of the third Action Plan 2021-2025 of the Hemispheric Program for the Eradication of Foot-and-Mouth Disease (PHEFA), which commits us to renew our best efforts to attain a continent free from this disease and, in this sense, to contribute to the development and wellbeing of our peoples, a goal we are all fully committed to.
