Álcool e suicídio
Abstract
Esta ficha informativa apresenta alguns fatos marcantes sobre a ligação entre o uso de álcool e o suicídio. Ela explica como o consumo de álcool afeta o humor das pessoas e aumenta muito os riscos tanto de tentativa de suicídio quanto de suicídio real, riscos exacerbados pela pandemia da COVID-19. Ele enfatiza a importância de beber menos e de encontrar ajuda para lidar com os transtornos relacionados ao uso do álcool.
