On 22 November, the United States of America - International Health Regulation National Focal Point (USA IHR-NFP) reported a cluster of influenza like illness cases among three children (3 years, 11 months, and 2 years) with onset of febrile respiratory illness on 10, 11 and 13 November respectively. All children visited the same health care provider where rapid influenza diagnostic tests were positive for influenza A. El 22 de Noviembre, el Centro Nacional de Enlace para el Reglamento Sanitario Internacional (CNE) de los Estados Unidos de América, informó sobre la ocurrencia de un conglomerado de casos de enfermedad tipo influenza entre tres niños (de 3 años, 11 meses y 2 años) con inicio de enfermedad respiratoria febril los días 10, 11 y 13 de noviembre respectivamente. Todos los niños consultaron en el mismo servicio de salud, donde se realizaron pruebas rápidas para influenza, las cuales resultaron positivas para influenza A.
