In 2017, as of 2 February yellow fever cases have been confirmed in Brazil, whereas Colombia and Peru have only reported probable cases. In Brazil, between 1 December 2016 and 2 February 2017, 901 cases of yellow fever were reported (151 confirmed, 42 discarded, and 708 suspected cases remain under investigation), including 143 deaths (54 confirmed, 3 discarded, and 86 under investigation). The overall casefatality rate (CFR) is 16%, with 36% CFR among confirmed cases and 12% CFR among suspected cases. Hasta el 2 de febrero de 2017 sólo en Brasil se han confirmado casos de fiebre amarilla; mientras que en Colombia y Perú se han notificado casos probables. En Brasil, entre el 1 de diciembre de 2016 y el 2 de febrero de 2017, se notificaron 901 casos de fiebre amarilla (151 confirmados, 42 descartados y 708 sospechosos que permanecen en investigación, incluidas 143 defunciones (54 confirmadas, 3 descartadas y 86 en investigación). La tasa de letalidad general es de 16%; siendo de 36% entre los casos confirmados y 12% entre los casos sospechosos.
