dc.description.abstractLa presencia de anticuerpos para el antígeno asociado a la infección viral (VIAA) en sueros de bovinos ha sido interpretada como una indicación de que los animales han sido infectados con el virus de la fiebre aftosa o han padecido la enfermedad. Por ese motivo, los países libres de la enfermedad limitan la importación de animales a aquellos libres de anticuerpos anti-VIAA.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe presence of antibodies to the virus infection associated (VIAA) antigen in sera of cattle has been interpreted to indicate these animals had been infected with foot-and-mouth disease (5). Therefore countries and areas free from FMD limited the introduction of cattle to animals without antibodies.en_US
