The International Health Regulations require that health administrations should designate a number of ports which have at their disposal the equipment and personnel necessary to inspect and derat ships, for the issue of Deratting Exemption Certificates and Deratting Certificates. This booklet list all the ports which have been approved and designated for these purposes
