Abstract
[From the Introduction]: The US/Mexico Border Health Association USMBHA- was established in 1943 to help address health issues on the US/Mexico border. Since its inception, the USMBHA has been formally guided by its Bylaws, but changing times require revision. The Executive Committees in office from 1997 to 1999, were responsible for the revisions and the New Bylaws were approved by the Membership General Assembly at the 58th Annual Meeting that took place in San Antonio, Texas on June 2-4, 1999.
