[Extraído del Prefacio]. This pamphlet on the basic health indicators for the U.S.-Mexico border contains quantitative information on mortality and uses the classification system adopted in reports on The Global Burden of Diseases. It also presents a geographical breakdown to more easily identify the main differences in the border area––in particular, between the main border counties.
