dc.description.abstract | The study consists of 10 technical chapters. The first seven chapters describe the physical, geographical and socioeconomic characteristics of the country; the management and performance of the drinking water and sanitation sector; institutional analysis and legal framework; plans, policies and programs; a technical analysis of the sanitary infrastructure; management and community participation; and financial analysis. The final three chapters assemble the critical issues that have been identified; the strategies, policies and recommended actions; and the profiles of priority projects. | en_US |
