The Technical Discussions during the XVII Meeting of the Directing Council of the Pan American Health Organization were held on 6 and 7 October I967 in Port-of-Spain, Trinidad and Tobago. They were attended by 70 persons, including seven representatives of international agencies and non-governmental organizations.
